Thanks-the Gingerbread Kids(TM) were not even posed.

We were actually playing in the coffee shop. On the first day when I had an opportunity to take a daylight/outside of my house picture, it's kind of weird that I took a picture that could have been taken in the evening in my own house. But the photo op is a fickle mistress, and she may only call once.

Of course, you can take a handful of shots a day, and pick one, which I've been doing. However, I'm worried I'll exhaust myself way too early.

I like this shot a lot. You've been having a bit of fun with this perspective.

Gosh, thanks everyone!

I waffle between thinking the focus of the project should be framing/photographic techniques or chronicling my life. In this instance, I might have lucked out and had the two kind of come together.

Not at all. We've got ALL YEAR.

And, I think you've done both things here: the game is a chronicle of the day, and it's a nice way to commemorate it.
