This photo (which looks like one Stephen would take) was conceived of when I saw only my goatee, eyes, and nose in my coffee cup. Looked like a warm & friendly "coffee man" to greet me from my cup. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get the right angle to retain that reflection. I had to opt for the shot of my camera. Indicentally, this was taken this morning, prior to me having any idea about "Project 365."

I just thought of what'll make this more "fun" than ever. With a baby in the house, there's no way Sharon's giving me the camera during the day. For the first four months of the year, all my photos will be in the window before I leave home in the morning, or after dark.
There's a chance I'll cheat and bank a few photos on the weekend. We'll see. In that event, Stephen may still have to get an ass kicking.

Motivation #1: You only get one meal that is life. Cram in as many spices as you can.
Motivation #2: I like taking pictures.
Motivation #3: I can't stand being left out.
Well, if anyone is coming to Iowa City to kick my ass, let me know ahead of time. We can have lunch at 6-2-1 downtown, or at the Hamburg Inn. Then we can have a walking tour, which will culimate in a walk around the newly-renovated Kinnick Stadium, after which you can kick my ass in the parking lot. The view to the southwest is lovely in the evening.
Good. If I'm going to kick some ass after a meal, I like a chance to work it off a bit first.
